One Harmony is a membership program with no membership or annual fees, that rewards you when you stay at Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International or Hotel JAL City.

Status of Members

Members will be invited as a Loyal Member or an Exclusive Member based on the total points or eligible room nights they earn during the year.

When you reach the status upgrade criteria during the evaluation period (January - December), the membership status will be upgraded from the following month and it will be valid until the end of March in the year after next. A variety of special treatment - for example bonus points, is available for Loyal and Exclusive members.

  • * The upgrade membership status is valid for 1 year (April -March Cycle)

Hotel Nikko Himeji Premium Selection Benefits

Provide JPY1,000 Hotel Nikko Himeji original gift voucher,
when the guest spent more than JPY20,000 on accommodation / dining fee in our hotel.

  • - It is applied only to the member him/herself.
  • - It is applied only to the stay which the guest spent more than JPY20,000 in our hotel including accommodation fee.
  • - It is applied to the room bill and restaurant bill which spent at the following restaurants - All Day Dining restaurant SERENA, Chinese restaurant Toh-Lee, Japanese style Teppan Grill restaurant ICHO, bar lounge Vol de Nuit and tea lounge Fountain, including the souvenir sold in Fountain.
  • - It is applied only to the payment which is paid at the hotel’s reception.

How to register premium selection or change favorite hotel

As for One Harmony Member

Simply sign in to My Account & My Card page of the One Harmony website and register or change the favorite hotel.
When logging in, please choose Hotel Nikko Himeji from the providing list of applicable Hotels for Premium Selection Benefits.

As for not the One Harmony Member yet

Please join One Harmony membership program. After joining the membership, you sign in to My Account & My Card page of the One Harmony website and register one of the hotels offering Premium Selection Benefits.

  • - Premium Selection benefits varies by participating hotels and offered by the selected hotel only.
  • - One member can select only 1 Premium Selection hotel.
  • - After registering the premium selection, the membership ID card with hotel name will be sent to you.
    Please use digital membership card before you receive your membership ID card.
    You can find your digital membership card in “My Account and My Card” .
    When you join One Harmony program and register premium selection at the same time through our official website, we will provide the digital card only.
  • - Member may change Premium Selection hotel after next April from the registration. Member may change once in a year between 1 April – 31 March.
  • - Registration fees will not be required.

To Earn Points

Points are earned each time you enjoy the facilities or services of the participating hotels, restaurants or bar (Exclude tax and service charges.). Points are valid for up to 3 years and 1 month.

Accommodation: Stay points

Reservation through official website or Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center, or directly with a participating hotel will be given

20 points for every 1,000yen spent

  • - Points are also earned for the dining which included in stay plan ( lunch or dinner ).
    Points may be calculated differently subject to the hotel, facility or plan.
  • - Service charge and tax are excluded.

Bonus points

For loyal members: + 25%
For exclusive members: + 50%

Restaurants・Bar: Restaurant points

Get 10 Points for every 1,000 yen spent

The participating restaurants are as followed.

  • - No matter what ways will the reservation be made, points will be earned. However, a part of dishes is excluded, so please make sure for the detail when making reservation.
  • - Points are not earned when you settle restaurant charges wholly or partially using a JAL Coupon.
  • - Points are not earned when you settle restaurant charges using points of online restaurants booking website. However, when you settle restaurant charges partially by points of online restaurants booking website, the rest of the cost will count as your restaurant points.
  • - Charge of service and tax are excluded.

For loyal members: + 25%
For exclusive members: + 50%

Wedding

Please introduce your friends who is planning to hold the wedding to us.
When holding the wedding with over 50 participants, 10,000 points would be earned.

Less than 49 participants: The amount of participants × 100 points
with over 50 participants will gain 10,000 points.

  • - Points are earned for those who either hold the wedding or introduce us to your friends as a place.
  • - Points are earned only when the wedding reservation is made directly.
